We take Visa and MasterCard, PayPal  (see terms below), Bank and Postal money orders, and for items under $50 we'll take personal checks.

Shipping times:      In-stock saddles (Elans and most used saddles) can be sent out within 3 days of receipt of payment.     We rarely are able to keep new or used Steele sidesaddles in stock because they sell so quickly.   

If your Steele must be special -ordered please allow 6 weeks for delivery of English Pleasure models, 8 weeks for western models, and 3 months for the Equitation. 

Please plan ahead for upcoming shows.   Our saddler is an independent, and we must work with his shop schedule.   He's busy during show season too!

PayPal Terms

Many more people are using PayPal due to the credit crunch.     In order to get items from us using PayPal, you MUST have a verified PayPal account.     Verification doesn't take long, and it not only gets your items to you in a matter of days instead of weeks, it protects everybody.    Go to your PayPal account and follow the directions.

Hundred Oaks Layaway Policy

Layaways are allowed on any in-stock saddle, with the exception of consignment saddles on which the owner has specifically denied layaways.     Steele saddles that must be made up to purchaser specifications are not eligible for layaways

The purchaser can take up to 6 months to pay off a saddle, which will remain with us while payments are made.    No fee is charged for this service, but payments must be made promptly at the specified dates. 

Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal,  or with a money order.    We will send a receipt with each payment recorded on it.

Hundred Oaks Return Policy

Our return policy has been the same for years:

All in-stock items may be returned for either a full refund (less shipping costs) or exchange within THREE days of receipt of the item.       Saddles must be returned in fully restockable condition, clean, with no holes or alterations to the stirrup leathers and fittings,  no scratches, and with all original fittings including the stirrup intact.   Steele saddles that must be made up to purchaser specifications are not eligible for return.

You may put the saddle on the horse with a towel underneath, and ride it.    DO NOT WEAR SPURS as they will scratch the saddle.

Saddles returned after the specified three day period are not eligible for refund.      If saddle is in unused condition we will make an exchange.
